Is Sheaf free?

Yes. Scanning to PDF/JPEG, the library, and manual Google Drive upload are free (with ads). Sheaf Pro removes ads and unlocks OCR, PDF tools, capture modes, automatic backup and more.

Do you store my documents?

No. Your scans stay on your device. If you connect Google Drive, files go to your Drive using the drive.file scope — Sheaf can only see files it created. See the privacy policy.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Open Google Play → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sheaf → Cancel.

I turned on auto-sync but nothing uploaded.

Make sure Google Drive is connected (More → Google Drive) and you have a network connection. Enabling auto-sync also backfills your existing library.

OCR didn’t find text on my handwriting.

On-device recognition works best on printed text. Very messy handwriting may not be recognised accurately.

How do I delete my data?

Delete documents in the app, or uninstall to remove all on-device data. Files you uploaded live in your own Google Drive and can be removed from there.
